TropiC Farm Tool : an innovative tool to calculate carbon footprint of farms

Rakotovao Narindra, PhD student and member of CASA network, is greeted at the Laboratory of RadioIsotopes for her thesis entitled "Carbon Impact in agroecological practices in Itasy Region, Madagascar : Carbon Footprint, mapping and modeling." She is willing to share with us her innovative tool called “Tropic Farm Tool”, an easy, accessible and original tool to calculate the carbon footprint of farms or a specific agricultural activity. It is an approach suitable both for farm and landscape level in tropical environments like Madagascar.
